The InterLAB simulation is a computer based realtime scenario. Acting under pressure from responsibilities and short time executives and teams experience and optimize their behaviour.
The Scenario
An exciting mission in deep space is heading to a desaster after a serious technical failure. In teams of 2-4 the participants are assigned to rescue their mission. For each team the scenario is simulated on two laptops placed back-to-back. Within one team people talk to each other just as usual. Time is short and the competing teams are catching up...
